The seventh annual STO conference is expected to bring together hundreds of maintenance and shutdown professionals from all asset-intensive industries. It is North America's leading conference that is dedicated to the full lifecycle of shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages. The program was designed to deliver thought-provoking insight and in-depth content covering the most challenging shutdown issues companies are facing today.
Presentations should be directly related to best practices of successful shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages, with specific supporting processes, methodologies, and technologies to enhance such a solution. Please have a look at our Hot Topics for 2013
Abstracts may include case studies, lessons learned, strategies, tips & tricks, and best practices.
If your story is selected by our customer advisory committee, we have budgeted for round-trip coach airfare, two nights hotel and a complimentary conference pass for each primary speaker. If you choose to incorporate a co-speaker in your session, expenses (including conference registration) are not covered, but co-speakers are certainly welcome. In instances where a customer and vendor are put forth as co-speakers, the customer will be considered the "primary" speaker.
Speaking at an Eventful Group event is an honorable commitment that brings incredible value not only to the event at hand, but also to the community which it serves. We sincerely appreciate our speakers and value the incredible contributions they make. We look forward to hearing from you.
Please send us an abstract of 150 words or less, and a 100 word (maximum) speaker bio. Abstract titles must be 10 words or less. Abstracts with titles longer than 10 words will not be accepted. Please be sure all aspects of your submissions are accurate. If selected, this information will be published in the conference marketing material.
All submissions are due by Friday, February 8, 2013.
All abstracts submitted to the STO 2013 conference will be considered. You will be notified if your abstract is selected. You may submit an abstract for any of the session types included in the conference.
