If passion and energy were commodities, Steve Sinkoff would have the market cornered. Steve brings a “work hard, play hard” philosophy to Eventure Events that has made each of our programs very successful. In Steve’s spare time, he is a skilled climber, vegetarian chef, and devoted father to his daughter, Kyle, and son, Leo.
Kat Beatty, Event Manager

Working in stealth mode, Kat Beatty manages logistics for Eventure’s events. From sponsors to hotels to the chocolate on your pillow at night, Kat makes it all happen. When Kat comes into the office, it’s a given that her Great Dane, Chloe, comes in too. In her time away from the office, Kat runs, plays ultimate frisbee, enjoys her new nephew, Luke, and explores CNY with her partner, Chris.
Sara Marsh, Event Coordinator

Sara has four years of experience working in the event industry. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam with a degree in English and a minor in journalism. In Sara’s spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling, training for races, and spending time with her significant other, Rick. Sara volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation as well as other local organizations in the Syracuse community.
Sarah Brinski, Event Coordinator

Sarah has four years of experience in the event/conference planning industry. She is currently a part-time Eventure employee and full-time law student at Syracuse University. Sarah received her B.A. in political science from Siena College. It is not unusual to find Sarah working diligently at her desk with music streaming and her dog, Maxwell, curled at her feet. When she's not at work, you can find Sarah painting, studying, reading or playing with her nieces Maggie & Hanna and her nephew Sean.

Sarah Carr, in the words of Steve Sinkoff, “exudes the gift of gab.” Many would agree that her charm and wit have disarmed many busy maintenance managers, and her genuine spirit has them hanging up the phone having found a new friend. Sarah and her husband, Brian, keep their busy life busier with their Labrador and their little boy, Patrick. In her few moments of free time, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors.

Lisette Child sets the pace for Eventure’s sales team with her characteristic drive and aplomb. A native of Baltimore, Lisette is always quick to provide a helpful tip about Excel or an obscure fact about one of our participating companies or delegates. Lisette and her partner, Chris, enjoy spending their free time with their son, Hollis, and exploring the outdoors of CNY.

Tina has more than 20 years of experience in technology sales, most recently in the CISCO technology space. She is a business management graduate from Cazenovia College, and is a member of their alumni board. In Tina’s spare time, she enjoys exercise including yoga, walking, and running. She also loves all kinds of animals, especially her orange tiger cat “Apple”.
Kenney Escher, Account Manager

Before joining Eventure Events, Kenney Escher, lived for sixteen years in Los Angeles pursuing a career in the motion picture industry. Kenney has worked for Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures and Walt Disney Studios, where he participated in their SAP implementation. A self-described geek, Kenney enjoys a good vintage Marvel or DC comic when he’s not trying to keep pace with his sales team comrades at Eventure. Kenney’s true enjoyment in life is the little (and big) moments he spends with his partner, Cindy, and their energetic son, Julian.
Megan Monahan, Account Manager

Megan Monahan is the most recent addition to Eventure's sales force. She brings to the office a warm smile and an attitude to match. In her free time, Megan's riding herd over her brood of three, Griffin, Caverly and Torin in her native CNY. Megan is a devoted athlete and music junkie who can be found outdoors somewhere... hiking, skiing, running, competing in triathlons, or just hitting the road for a spontaneous adventure—with soundtrack!
Tammy Connors, Accounting

Tammy Connors is the checks and balances of the Eventure accounting department. As our accountant, Tammy pays our vendors, pays our bills and pays our staff. Tammy is with us on a part time basis and when she isn’t, she and her husband, Mike, are engaged in a busy life with their two daughters, who enjoy soccer and winter guard. Tammy is a knitter and a reader, and prefers a beach locale!
Kelly Herzog, Marketing Manager

Beneath a cascade of dark curls and toiling away at her computer for the latest marketing campaign, you will find Eventure’s marketing manager, Kelly Herzog. The fruits of Kelly’s labors can be found on your desk or in your e-mail in the form of brochures, pamphlets and postcards. When Kelly isn’t brainstorming about the latest marketing strategy, she and her partner, Tom, enjoy spending time with his children Tyler and Ali and playing music in their band. Kelly also enjoys the great outdoors, playing volleyball and has co-founded a non-profit organization that benefits local CNY charities.
Paula Finnerty, Graphic Designer
Paula Finnerty is Eventure’s graphic designer and artist extraordinaire. She shapes and molds the ideas from our marketing team into Eventure’s brochures, postcards, emails and website. Responsible for the Eventure “look” and design, Paula works diligently and consistently to deliver amazing work under unbelievably tight deadlines. Paula shares her time with her partner, Andrew, and her 3 kitties. Working with Paula is an absolute pleasure!
