Attendees
at STO 2007 will have the opportunity to immerse themselves
in a conference schedule rich with sessions from leading
organizations presenting best management practices for
shutdowns, turnarounds and outages. Three tailored tracks
are offered each day, providing thought-provoking content
and practical, easy-to-apply advice, tips and tricks.
Each track will be managed by a chairperson
who is recognized as a leader in the shutdown, turnaround,
outage arena. The Track Chairs will serve as your guides
to STO 2007; they are dedicated to ensure you get the most
out of your conference experience.

Lifecycle – Processes and Performance Management |
Craig Seibold, Johns Manville |
Craig Seibold,
CMRP, P.E., Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, CPM
currently serves as the Global Business Process Leader
for Johns Manville, a building products firm, headquartered
in Denver, Colorado.
Craig has over 25 years experience in
project management for manufacturing, engineering, supply
chain, and Lean Six Sigma. Among his notable achievements,
Craig and his team effectively employed a Lean Six Sigma
DMAIC process methodology to enable sustainable productivity
results and accelerated implementation maturity for an
Asset Care & Reliability initiative. |

| Track 2: Organization,
Contractor Management and EH&S |
Dennis Sisco, The Mosaic Company |
| Dennis Sisco
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1981. Since
then, he has been in the Phosphate Fertilizer Industry for
26 years, working for seven different companies in four different
states. Dennis has acquired experience in process engineering,
plant engineering, production, maintenance, and turnaround
management. Currently, he works for the The Mosaic Company
in Pierce, Florida. Dennis is responsible for the turnaround
management of 17 Sulfuric Acid Plants and 9 Phosphoric Acid
Plants at six different locations for Mosaic. The Mosaic
Company averages seven turnarounds per year, each lasting
around 14 days. |

| Track 3: Systems
and Technology |
| Rob Felix, New Dimension Solutions |
Rob Felix began his career in 1974
as an operator at Shippingport Atomic Power Station. Throughout
his career, and over 30 years of experience, Rob held positions
in operations as an Assistant Nuclear Shift Supervisor,
in maintenance as an I&C Supervisor, and in work planning
as an I&C Lead Planner. From these various positions
he participated in more than 30 refueling outages at the
Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station.
More recently, Rob worked at FirstEnergy
as a Business Analyst on the FirstEnergy SAP implementation
team. Currently, he serves as an EAM Functional Consultant
with New Dimension Solutions (NDS). |
